Medicinal diet therapy for sexual frigidity, these are the most reliable

Take once every other day, for 3 to 5 times in a row.

5. Stir-fried walnut kernels with leeks: 50g walnut kernels, 200g leeks. Wash the walnut kernels and put them in a pot, add sesame oil and fry until golden. Cut the vegetables into sections and put them into the pot. Add salt and fry until cooked and then serve. Take once a day, regardless of frequency.

6. Mussels: 250g clams, 500g flour. Wash and chop the clams, add salt, chopped green onions and MSG, mix well to make the filling, mix flour and water, roll out the skin, wrap the filling and make it into a pancake. Heat oil in a pan, add pancakes and stir-fry until cooked. Take once a day for 5 to 7 times.

7. Pigeon egg and lotus soup: 2 pigeon eggs, 50g lily, 30g lotus seed. Peel the pigeon eggs and put them in a pot, add oil and fry them into cubes, then add lilies, lotus seeds, water and seasonings and cook until done. Take once a day, for 7 to 10 times.
