The researchers found that natural beauty could reduce the heart rate of volunteers in Group A faster than that of volunteers in Groups B and C; the heart rate of volunteers in Group C who looked at a blank wall dropped significantly faster than that of volunteers in Group B who watched TV; the longer the volunteers in Group A looked at the natural scenery, the lower their heart rate; the heart rate of volunteers in Group B who watched TV did not change significantly; appreciating natural scenery can effectively release psychological pressure. It is recommended that people with great psychological stress often go out of the house and embrace nature!

Researchers at Kosice-Saca Hospital in Slovakia exposed infants to classical music shortly after birth. Researchers have found that after babies listen to music, their stress levels are reduced, their breathing becomes more stable, and their emotions become calmer; listening to music can relieve stress for babies and is beneficial to their physical health.
