If you feel severe pain from the lower abdomen to the anus, it is a very abnormal symptom. At this time, it is best to take a series of physical examinations so that you can confirm the diagnosis. 1. Etiological treatment

Treat accordingly based on the cause. If intestinal spasm occurs, give antispasmodics. Biliary ascariasis or ascariasis partial intestinal obstruction can be treated with antispasmodics and analgesics. Inflammatory diseases should be treated with effective antibiotics (metronidazole, clindamycin, levofloxacin) based on the cause. Surgical acute abdomen should be treated promptly with surgery.

Abdominal tenderness is the pain that occurs when you press the abdomen from shallow to deep. The site of tenderness is usually where the lesion is:

① Tenderness in the right upper abdomen, seen in lesions of the liver, gallbladder, hepatic flexure of the colon, ascending colon and right kidney.

② Upper abdominal tenderness, seen in lesions of the stomach, duodenum, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and transverse colon.

③Tenderness in the left upper abdomen, seen in lesions of the spleen, tail of pancreas, left kidney, splenic flexure of the colon and descending colon.

④ Tenderness in the right waist is mostly caused by lesions of the right kidney and ascending colon.

⑤ Umbilical tenderness is seen in small intestinal lesions, such as enteritis, intestinal parasitic diseases, etc.

⑥ Tenderness in the left waist is seen in lesions of the left kidney and descending colon.

⑦ Tenderness in the right lower abdomen is often seen in appendicitis, but may also be caused by lesions in the ileocecal region or right fallopian tube.

⑧ Lower abdominal tenderness, seen in bladder and female reproductive system lesions.

⑨Tenderness in the left lower abdomen is seen in lesions of the sigmoid colon and left fallopian tube. In addition, extra-abdominal diseases such as pneumonia, pleural lesions, myocardial infarction, etc. can also cause abdominal tenderness, which should be paid attention to.
