Common symptoms and precautions of glans eczema

Common symptoms and precautions of glans eczema

Balanus eczema is not affected by seasons and is closely related to various allergens, sun exposure, sweating, etc. Please note that glans eczema has nothing to do with sexually transmitted diseases. Due to the structure of most male reproductive organs, the area near the glans becomes a place where dirt and filth accumulate, where substances in urine are deposited, and where bacteria and fungi multiply. Therefore, it should normally be cleaned within one or two days to avoid inflammation.

Symptoms of infection

Clinical manifestations can be divided into primary and recurrent. Primary refers to the first infection with the virus, which usually takes about 2-10 days from exposure to onset of the disease, which is the incubation period. The affected area first has a burning sensation, and soon 3-10 groups of red papules appear on the basis of the erythema, accompanied by itching. The papules quickly turn into small blisters, and then turn into pustules after 3-5 days. After rupture, large areas of erosion and ulcers are formed, which cause pain and finally heal with scabs. The entire course of the disease can last about 20 days.

Treatment points

Treatment points 1. Remove irritating factors. Treatment point 2: When erosion and exudation occur, apply wet compress with boric acid solution or berberine solution. Treatment point 3: Anti-infection treatment, using antifungal, anti-trichomonas and other drugs for different pathogens. Treatment point 4: For those caused by allergic factors, apply topical corticosteroid preparations.

Nursing

Pay attention to adjusting your diet, avoid spicy and stimulating food, avoid eating items that are easily allergenic, such as alcohol, seafood and shellfish should be banned, and a light diet is better; try to reduce adverse external stimulation, such as scratching, external soap, hot water washing, etc.; clothing should be loose, light and soft, and avoid wearing wool products or nylon fabrics.

Symptoms of glans eczema

1. Balanus eczema is exudative. There is a word "wet" in the name of eczema, which means that this type of eczema has the characteristic of exuding fluid. If there is no exudate, it is not easy to judge it as eczema. But in fact, when eczema is chronic, a relatively dry condition may also occur. But when it is acute, there will definitely be fluid exudation, which is an important basis for judging eczema.

2. Balanus eczema is persistent. Balanus eczema is generally not easy to cure and is prone to recurrence, and will spread from one part of the body to other parts. If acute balanus eczema is not effectively treated, it will turn into chronic balanus eczema. If not treated properly, a major outbreak of balanus eczema will occur, and eczema will also appear in other parts of the body.

3. Balanus eczema is polymorphic. There is often not only one type of eczema on the glans penis, but many forms of eczema, which can be divided into primary eczema and secondary eczema. Primary eczema is often papules, blisters, etc., while secondary eczema is often ulcers, exudation, etc. Usually, the two types of eczema occur at the same time.

4. Balanus eczema is itchy. After the onset of glans eczema, the patient will experience persistent itching, which makes people feel uncomfortable and it is difficult to eliminate the itching even by distracting their attention. Moreover, the itching will intensify when they are quiet, resulting in persistent and severe attacks. Itching is the most obvious and uncomfortable feeling of glans eczema.

5. Balanus eczema is generalized. Generally speaking, eczema can occur in various parts of the patient's body. When it occurs in the glans penis, it is called glans eczema. Improper treatment of glans eczema may cause eczema in other parts of the body.
