Preparation method: Brew with boiling water and drink frequently instead of tea.

Efficacy: This product has the effects of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, regulating qi and relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is very suitable for patients with chest and rib pain. It can be taken as tea for 4-6 weeks.

4. Stewed oyster meat with lotus seeds and coix seeds

Ingredients: 20g lotus seeds (core removed), 20g coix seeds, 100g oyster meat

Preparation method: Put lotus seeds, coix seeds and oyster meat into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and a little shredded ginger, oil and salt. After boiling, simmer on low heat for 50 minutes and it is ready to eat.
