Is gypsum really effective in treating bad breath?

Gypsum can indeed cure bad breath, but no one knows how long it will last. You can try it, there are several methods for you to choose from: one is to buy 10 grams of raw gypsum and brew more than half a cup. After brewing, remove the film on the surface and drink the clear water in the middle. The second is 30 grams of raw gypsum, 9 grams of perilla (added later), and 9 grams of angelica dahurica. Usage: Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water and taken once before going to bed.

Although this disease can be treated, it cannot be cured. So how can you treat it once and for all? Go get your teeth cleaned. Bad breath is more often caused by gastrointestinal (especially stomach) problems or inflammation, or long-term smoking. First, brush your teeth, then eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. If you smoke, stop smoking, otherwise it will come back to you.

What to pay attention to when treating bad breath

And you must brush your teeth regularly, generally twice, once when you wake up and once before going to bed. Of course, if you don't want cavities, brush twice a day.

Rinse your mouth after meals to ensure your breath is free of bad breath. When brushing, also brush the tongue coating a few times, and brush for at least 3-5 minutes. Only in this way can you ensure that your teeth are clean.
