Calf blood deproteinized extract is an injectable solution that is mainly used to treat cerebral circulation and nutritional disorders. It also has a certain therapeutic effect on blood flow disorders and is often used in skin grafting treatments. It also has a certain therapeutic effect on burns, erosions, scalds and other diseases. Calf blood deproteinized extract is generally in saline, which is a hypertonic solution.

Indications

1. Disorders of cerebral circulation and nutrition (ischemic disease attacks, craniocerebral trauma).

2. Peripheral blood flow (arteriovenous) disorders and the sequelae caused by these disorders (arterial vascular disease, leg ulcers).

3. Skin grafting.

4. Burns, scalds, and erosions.

5. Wound healing disorders: bedsores and slow wound healing.

6. Damage to the skin and mucous membranes caused by radiation.

Precautions

1. This product is a hypertonic solution, so it should be injected slowly for intramuscular administration, and the amount should not exceed 5 ml (half a vial) each time.

2. This product must be added to isotonic saline or 5% glucose solution for infusion.

3. When this product is mixed with other infusions or injections, even if the mixed solution is clear, the physical and chemical changes that may occur due to drug interactions cannot be ruled out. In view of the above reasons, this product should not be mixed with other injections.

4. This product is light yellow, and the color depth depends on the materials used at the beginning of preparation. So, there may be a small difference in color between one batch of medicine and another, but it will not affect the efficacy. Do not use if solution is cloudy or contains visible particles.

5. Because of the possibility of allergic reactions, a trial injection is recommended.
