How to use a formaldehyde detector?

1. How to use a household formaldehyde detector:

The functions of each formaldehyde detector are different. Here we use an American brand product with the most comprehensive functions on the market for demonstration.

First, double-click the D key to turn on the computer.

After powering on, the sensor will be automatically calibrated and the comprehensive measurement page will pop up.

At this time, the formaldehyde concentration will be displayed, the severity of the current hazard will be assessed, and the current temperature and humidity, etc. will also be displayed.

If the formaldehyde concentration displayed here is high (generally higher than 0.08ppm), try not to stay too long and open the windows for ventilation. If the value exceeds the alarm threshold, the formaldehyde meter will sound an alarm.

Four functions of the detector:

"Real-time measurement mode" - view the current formaldehyde content, temperature and humidity changes in real time.

"Record measurement mode" - record the formaldehyde content, temperature and humidity at each moment after a period of measurement, and check the changes in formaldehyde.

"Alarm measurement mode" - can measure in standby mode. When it detects that the formaldehyde concentration exceeds the standard, it will automatically wake up the machine and sound an alarm.

"Settings" - You can adjust the machine's alarm threshold, measurement speed, shutdown time, welcome interface, screen brightness, sensor bias, time and date, and restore factory settings, etc.
