Indications: Treatment of small cell and non-small cell lung cancer, testicular cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, melanoma, sarcoma, head and neck tumors, various squamous cell carcinomas and malignant lymphomas. Afatinib

Indications: GILOTRIF is a kinase inhibitor indicated for: ?First-line treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene exon 19 deletion or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test. Limitation of Use: The safety and effectiveness of GILOTRIF have not been established in patients with other types of EGFR-mutated tumors. Patients with metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer whose disease has progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy.

Ceritinib

Indications: Patients with ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have disease progression after crizotinib treatment or are intolerant to crizotinib. The FDA accelerated approval of ZYKADIA for the above indications based on tumor response rate and response duration data from clinical trials. Improvement in survival or disease-related symptoms has not been established. Further approval of ZYKADIA for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial.
