The inspection and treatment of hepatitis B virus (HBV) should be done carefully, because only by timely detection, treatment and intervention measures can we effectively avoid the aggravation of these symptoms or cause other injuries. The inspection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) includes five tests for hepatitis B, liver function tests and B-ultrasound examinations.

1. The five hepatitis B tests include: hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis B virus surface antibody (anti-HBs), hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg), hepatitis B virus e antibody (anti-HBe), and hepatitis B virus core antibody (anti-HBc), which is medically referred to as the hepatitis B two-pair-half test. The results are obtained by drawing venous blood and testing.

2. The pre-S1 antigen mainly exists on the surface of HBV in serum. This indicates that the body contains HBV with pre-S1 antigen. The high consistency of pre-S1 antigen, HBV-DNA and HBeAg detection rates is a very important indicator of viral replication. This suggests that pre-S1 antigen can be used as a supplement and control for HBeAg and HBV-DNA detection.

3. Liver function test: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) test items should be checked before pregnancy. Liver function test is an important criterion for judging whether the liver is damaged. Liver function test includes: serum transaminase test, total bilirubin, serum total protein, blood ammonia, alpha-fetoprotein, etc.

4. B-ultrasound examination: It can be used to check whether the liver of patients with small triple positive has signs of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, such as whether the liver is gradually shrinking or the spleen is gradually enlarging. Note that B-ultrasound examination requires dynamic observation to be more meaningful.

5. Hepatitis B virus DNA test: It can determine whether the hepatitis B virus is contagious, how contagious it is, whether it is necessary to take medication to control it, whether the abnormal changes in liver function are caused by the virus, and determine which type of antiviral drug is suitable for the patient and the efficacy of drug treatment, etc.
