How to treat corns on the feet?

Corns are very common. Many people get corns on their feet due to friction and pressure but don’t know how to treat them. Generally speaking, there are special corn ointments for the treatment of corns. If the corns on your feet are not serious, you can first use foot soaking to relieve the symptoms.

1. Centipede is used to treat corns. Take several dried centipedes and a few black plums, dry them and grind them into powder. Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and soak them for 10 days. Soak the affected area in salt water for 30 minutes, cut off the rough skin after it softens, apply an appropriate amount of this ointment externally, and bandage it with gauze, once every two or three days.

2. Choose suitable, loose shoes to avoid further damage to the feet, and apply Shunkang Cocoon Flat to soften and eliminate corns and calluses.

3. Develop the habit of soaking your feet frequently: Develop the habit of soaking your feet in hot water every night to soften corns and calluses.

Scallion white can cure corns. You may want to try it: take a small piece of fresh scallion near the root, peel off the outermost thin skin, wash your feet with water, stick the scallion white skin on the corns, and wrap it with a clean white cloth.

4. Use Radix Rehmanniae to treat corns. Take 10 grams each of Radix Rehmanniae and safflower, grind them into fine powder, add appropriate amount of sesame oil to make a paste. After soaking your feet in hot water every night, apply an appropriate amount of medicated paste on the corns, then cover them with non-toxic plastic film and secure them with tape.

5. You can make corns disappear by massaging. Use the tips of your fingers to touch the corns every day. Do not use too much force. There is no time limit. You need to do this several times a day. After a period of time, the corns will disappear.
