How to treat body aches, weakness and sore throat?

So, how to regulate body aches, weakness and sore throat?

Therefore, friends who are sore all over, if you want to get rid of the trouble of physical discomfort, you should start from the following three aspects:

Generally speaking, acidic foods refer to foods that contain inorganic salts that can form acids in the human body, such as phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and other elements, which can make body fluids appear acidic.

3) Eat alkaline foods (foods that form alkaline inorganic salts in the body, such as foods dominated by elements such as calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, and magnesium, which can make body fluids alkaline) to neutralize the acid water in the body and improve the pH value of the blood. Alkaline foods include: vegetables, fruits, milk, soy products, tea, kelp, etc.
