What are the early symptoms of Helicobacter pylori

Helicobacter pylori is a common bacterium. Many people have experienced Helicobacter pylori infection. The early symptoms of Helicobacter pylori are not very obvious. The symptoms of Helicobacter pylori infection are mainly manifested in bad breath. Some people do not have obvious symptoms, which can be treated with medication.

1. Helicobacter pylori infection itself has no symptoms, but when it causes related diseases (common ones include gastritis, gastric ulcer, etc.), there will be different symptoms. Helicobacter pylori is highly contagious and can be transmitted through hands, unclean food, unclean tableware, feces, etc. After Helicobacter pylori infection, about half of the patients will experience symptoms such as bloating and stomach acid, but these symptoms are not typical. Similar to gastritis and gastric ulcer, nearly half of Helicobacter pylori infected people will not have any symptoms. Whether there is Helicobacter pylori infection is mainly determined by doing C14 breath test and gastroscopy. If the infection is confirmed, it is best to use triple therapy.

2. Early symptoms: Since Helicobacter pylori can survive in dental plaque, after infection occurs in the oral cavity, it will directly produce smelly carbonized substances, causing bad breath.

3. Patients infected with Helicobacter pylori often experience gastrointestinal disease symptoms such as postprandial belching, nausea, bloating, and abdominal discomfort, and these symptoms may occur at any time. However, some patients do not have obvious symptoms and can only be discovered by going to the hospital for relevant examinations.

4. Helicobacter pylori infection is a chronic disease with the highest infection rate in my country and the main cause of chronic gastritis. It initiates a series of pathogenic events, leading to atrophic gastritis, metaplasia, dysplasia and ultimately gastric cancer. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori can prevent the occurrence and development of precancerous changes of the gastric mucosa (atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia).
