Kidney health has always been a target that we need to pay attention to. Kidney problems are relatively common nowadays and may cause a variety of complications. More serious ones may cause hydronephrosis in patients and even nephritis. Generally, the occurrence of kidney tumors will cause kidney pain in patients, and the body will become unable to move. Severe cases will cause the body to need to lie in bed for a long time to rest, so when necessary, we should choose standardized treatment methods, but before treatment we also need to judge the early symptoms of kidney tumors. Pay attention to the age of onset (mostly occurs in young children, occasionally in young and middle-aged people) and the presence or absence of the following manifestations: ① Abdominal mass is the first symptom, anemia, low fever, and hypertension are common, but hematuria is rare. ② Urinary tract angiography fails to show or shows deformation and displacement of the renal pelvis and calyces, enlarged renal shadow, calcification shadows can be seen in the tumor area, and the ureter may be pushed to the midline by the tumor. ③Radionuclide renal scan shows radioactive defects and sparseness in the affected kidney. ④ Early metastasis may occur to the lungs and bones. ⑤Ultrasound, CT or MRI examination. Clinical manifestations When the tumor involves the renal pelvis, hematuria may occur. Hematogenous or lymphatic metastasis may occur before urinary tract symptoms occur, and the tumor may involve the lymph nodes or lungs, liver, bones, etc. Hematuria, intra-abdominal mass and low back pain are the three main symptoms of this disease. In adults, hematuria is an early and common symptom. Hematuria is often completely visible to the naked eye; some hematuria can only be seen under a microscope. Generally, patients do not feel pain when they have hematuria. Hematuria is usually intermittent and often stops on its own. Therefore, when an adult has painless hematuria, attention should be paid to the possibility of renal tumor. The patient should be closely observed and further examined if necessary. Abdominal masses appear relatively late in adult kidney tumors, but they are the first symptom of nephroblastoma in children, so children with masses need to be diagnosed early. 1. Patients with early-stage kidney tumors will have mild proteinuria, the degree of which is positively correlated with hypertension. 2. Patients with early-stage kidney tumors may suffer from heart, brain, and retinal arteriosclerosis and its manifestations, with more obvious symptoms. 3. Patients with early-stage kidney tumors often have moderate or above hypertension and its clinical symptoms, which is also one of the most obvious symptoms of kidney tumors. 4. Patients with early-stage kidney tumors may experience nocturia, decreased urine specific gravity and urine osmolarity, and thus renal insufficiency in the later stages of the disease. |
