Good health is a person's capital. Once good health is damaged, it means that the person's capital is lost. For example, disease is an important factor that damages human health. Therefore, preventing and understanding diseases is a task that should be done in life. For example, many people do not understand the disease of clavicle chondrosarcoma. Let's take a look at the symptoms of clavicle chondrosarcoma in response to this issue. Chondrosarcoma is one of the common malignant bone tumors. Those occurring in the medullary cavity are called central type, those occurring in the periosteum are called periosteal type, and a few may occur in soft tissue. The tumors often occur in the long bones of the limbs and pelvis, but can also be seen in the vertebrae, sacrum, clavicle, scapula and bones of the feet. This disease is divided into primary and secondary types. The latter can be caused by the malignant transformation of enchondroma and osteochondroma, which is also one of the reasons for the later age of onset. This disease is more common in adults, rare in people under 30 years old, and the incidence rate gradually increases after the age of 35. There are more men than women. Clinical manifestations 1. Patients feel discomfort in the affected area in the early stage, and swelling and lumps appear after a few days or weeks. Varicose veins may appear in the late stage, and the local skin temperature will increase and become congested and red. Patients will feel pain around the joints, which is intermittent at first, then gradually worsens and turns into continuous pain, which is more obvious at night and is not responding to painkillers. The patient's joint movement is limited, and some patients may develop joint effusion or even pathological fractures. 2. Primary chondrosarcoma is mainly characterized by dull pain, which gradually changes from intermittent to continuous. It may cause limited joint movement in adjacent joints. A lump can be felt locally, with no obvious tenderness, and the surrounding skin is red and hot. 3. Secondary chondrosarcoma is more common in adult males over 30 years old. It is most common in the pelvis, followed by the scapula, femur and humerus. The lump is discovered accidentally, with a slow course of disease and no obvious pain. There is no redness or heat in the surrounding skin. When it is close to a joint, it may cause joint swelling and limited movement. Nerve compression may cause radiating pain, numbness, etc. Tumors located in the chest and pelvis are difficult to detect until they compress internal organs and produce corresponding symptoms. |
