Patients with cardiovascular diseases generally should not eat overly greasy and irritating foods, so high-nutrition, low-fat foods are very suitable for them. For example, corn, eggplant, asparagus and other vegetables are rich in protein and vitamins, and are also helpful in treating diseases.
