If it is a large tooth, you can choose to extract it. The process of extracting the pulp is accompanied by pain, but the pain is very short and not very painful. Ordinary people can stand it. Because large teeth have 2 to 3 roots, the process of extracting the pulp must be done 2 to 3 times. 3. If the tooth is still painful after the root canal treatment and pulp extraction, it is suspected that there is inflammation at the root apex. It is recommended to relieve tension and go to the dentistry department for examination. It is recommended to take a film. Usually, teeth with inflammation at the root apex will have chewing pain and percussion pain, and local tissue pressure may cause pain.
