It can serve as a warning to remind patients to discover and treat it in time. Generally, it does not itch, but may feel a slight itch. It is caused by various allergens that cause skin vasculitis. Pay attention to rest. Try to eliminate allergic factors, eat a light diet, prevent upper respiratory tract infection, and avoid using suspected allergenic drugs. Antihistamines. Drugs that reduce the permeability of blood vessels, such as vitamin C, rutin, calcium, etc. Immunosuppressants are added for stubborn cases.

2. Allergic purpura is also known as hemorrhagic capillary poisoning. Symptoms include brown-red maculopapular rashes, which may be accompanied by itching or pain. They appear in batches and may leave pigmentation after they disappear. The joints may become red, swollen, painful and have difficulty moving. It may be complicated by nephritis, asthma, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. Diphenhydramine or promethazine can be taken orally. In severe cases, hydrocortisone and flumethasone can be given by intravenous drip. If there are complications, treatment should be given according to the symptoms.

3. Allergic purpura is mostly characterized by repeated appearance of petechiae and ecchymoses on the skin. They vary in size and are purple-red in color. They can merge into pieces or be slightly higher than the skin surface, and there will be itching symptoms. In addition, abdominal pain may occur, but most of the abdominal pain can be relieved spontaneously within 72 hours. If you have allergic purpura, you should be careful about not eating certain foods, such as fish, shrimp, meat, eggs, milk, etc.
