Can I eat asparagus after mole removal?

Everyone has moles on their face. Many moles are unlucky, so everyone will have them removed. However, you need to pay a lot of attention after removing them, especially your diet. Don't eat spicy food or seafood. Eat more foods high in vitamin C and keep the affected area dry.

1. Post-event attention

1. Pay attention to your diet and try to eat less sour and spicy food, seafood, beef, mutton and other foods. Eat more foods containing vitamin C. You can also supplement vitamin C and vitamin E and take them according to the instructions.

2. After treating moles and spots, the treated area should be kept away from sunlight to prevent sunburn and pigmentation. Especially within 20 days after the scabs fall off, special attention should be paid to sun protection.

3. Keep the treated area as dry as possible for one week after removing moles or spots. Dry it gently with a clean towel as soon as possible after washing or contact with water.

4. Please do not scratch at will to avoid infection, which may lead to scars or pigmentation.

5. After mole removal treatment, a black scab will generally form on the applied area within 1-2 days, and the scab will fall off automatically in about 1-2 weeks. After the scab falls off, it is best if the skin where the scab falls off is white. If it is fresh red skin, the color will sometimes darken due to excessive sunlight exposure, and it will recover after a few months.

Indications: It is effective for superficial combined nevi and deeper and raised compound nevi, and for nevi with a diameter of 0.3-0.5 cm.

2. Surgical resection

Methods: Surgical removal of the diseased tissue around the nevus.

Advantages: This method can choose to partially or completely remove the diseased tissue, and different treatment methods can be used depending on the nature of the mole.

Disadvantages: It is difficult and time-consuming, so this method is rarely used for common moles.
