We often hear that glycated hemoglobin is high, which is actually an early symptom of diabetes. In addition to blood sugar testing, glycosylated hemoglobin testing is now also used as an important means to diagnose diabetes. Therefore, we cannot ignore this diagnosis. When glycated hemoglobin is high, you need to adjust your diet in your daily life to achieve the goal of control.

To control blood sugar, you must control your diet, exercise regularly, take medication every day, monitor your blood sugar regularly, and maintain a good attitude to avoid major mood swings.

Ideal weight (kg) = height (cm) - 105. Actual weight is considered overweight if it exceeds ideal weight by 10%. Body weight should be controlled within ±10% of ideal body weight.

It is generally best to exercise 1 hour after a meal.

Mild-intensity exercises include: walking, standing in a car, and simple housework lasting about 30 minutes.

Walk, take a shower, go down stairs, do radio gymnastics, ride a bicycle on flat ground, etc., for about 20 minutes. This intensity and duration of exercise is equivalent to burning 80 kcal of calories.

Moderate-intensity exercises include: jogging, climbing stairs, cycling on hills, skating, playing volleyball, mountain climbing, etc. Lasts about 10 minutes. It can consume 80 kcal of heat energy in the body.

High-intensity exercises include: long-distance running, skipping rope, playing basketball, weightlifting, fencing, etc., which can last for about 5 minutes, which is equivalent to consuming 80 kcal of calories in the body.

You need to exercise at least 160 kcal every day to control blood sugar and reduce weight. It is also important to emphasize perseverance.
