What causes nose pain and nosebleed?

If you have a sore nose and nosebleeds, you cannot judge and understand the cause based on these symptoms alone. You should go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination. If you have some systemic diseases or chronic rhinitis, these may be the causes. If you want to solve them, you should pay attention to the causes and treat them symptomatically.

1. Local causes: mainly trauma, inflammation, tumors, nasal septum diseases such as nasal septum deviation, etc.

2. Systemic causes: acute infectious diseases such as influenza, hemorrhagic fever, typhoid fever, cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, vascular sclerosis, congestive heart failure, blood diseases such as hemophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura, leukemia, vitamin K deficiency, poisoning, endocrine disorders, chronic liver and kidney diseases and rheumatic fever, etc.

3. Chronic rhinitis. Chronic rhinitis is mainly caused by the fact that the inflammation is not serious at the beginning, so you don’t notice it or take it seriously. It is easy to relapse over a long period of time coupled with bad habits. I don’t know if you have some bad habits, such as picking your nose, not washing your nose, etc. I suggest you see a doctor. My friend, on the advice of the doctor, always keeps erythromycin eye ointment on hand after taking the medicine, and the headache gradually subsides temporarily. Chronic rhinitis can only be treated slowly. As the saying goes, "a three-foot-thick ice does not form overnight", rhinitis cannot be cured in a day or two.

4. Simple nosebleeds cannot be determined what the cause is. If it is a long-term and recurring nosebleed, you should go to the hospital's ENT department for a check-up, because nosebleeds are a disease, but they are also a symptom of many other diseases. Many diseases have nosebleeds as the first symptom. Of course, I hope that you just have simple ruptured capillaries in the nasal mucosa and bleeding, so there won't be any big problems. But in order to rule out other diseases and put your mind at ease, it's also a good idea to get checked.
