What are the early symptoms of prostate cancer?

1. Local pain

2. The body becomes increasingly thin and easily fatigued

After the onset of the disease, the patient's physical condition will decline, which is an early symptom of prostate cancer that requires vigilance. Patients will become emaciated and weak, suffer from progressive anemia, cachexia or renal failure, which is usually caused by long-term torture due to pain affecting diet, sleep and spirit. In addition, ordinary fatigue will disappear after a rest, but cancer fatigue will be difficult to improve no matter how much rest you do.

Symptoms of early prostate cancer include thinning urine stream, difficulty urinating or deviated urine stream, and sometimes frequent urination, painful urination, urgency, bifurcated urine stream, prolonged urination, a feeling of incomplete urination, and even urinary retention.

What should patients with prostate cancer eat after surgery?

(1) High in calories and carbohydrates

A high-carbohydrate diet can provide sufficient heat energy, reduce protein consumption, promote liver glycogen synthesis and storage, prevent hypoglycemia, and protect liver cells from anesthetic damage.

(2) High protein

Surgical patients must be supplied with adequate protein, generally 100 to 150 grams per day, or 1 to 15 grams/(kg per day) depending on height and nutritional deficiencies.

(3) High in vitamins

Vitamin C can reduce capillary permeability, reduce bleeding, and promote tissue regeneration and wound healing. Vitamin K is mainly involved in the coagulation process and can reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.
