What should I do if my knees are cold and painful

1: Oral prescription: 12 grams each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Eucommia ulmoides, and Epimedium brevicornum, 9 grams each of whole scorpion, Gentiana macrophylla, Saposhnikovia divaricata, Chuanwu, Caowu, papaya, Achyranthes bidentata, Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, honeysuckle, ephedra, and black plum, 3 centipedes, 250 ml of white wine, and 250 grams of brown sugar.

Preparation method: Put the medicine and wine into a pottery jar, seal it with cloth, and stick it tightly with mud. After simmering for 2 hours, bury it underground or put it in well water to remove the fire poison. After one day and one night, filter the residue and take the liquid for later use.

Usage: Take 35 ml after each meal, 3 times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment.

2. Prescription for external use: 30 grams each of Sargentodoxa chinensis, Trachelospermum jasminoides, and Caulis Sinomenii, 15 grams each of papaya and myrrh, 12 grams each of Achyranthes bidentata, Stephania tetrandra, Cortex moutan, frankincense, and Panax notoginseng, 6 grams each of peach kernel and Morus alba, and 500 ml of white wine.

Usage: Soak in the wine for 1 week, then apply the wine to the affected area with cotton, 3-5 times a day

Efficacy: For the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, it is effective after one course of oral administration and external application, and can be cured after three courses of treatment. The effectiveness rate is 90%.

3. Prescription: 30 grams each of sea breeze vine, wide tendon vine, honeysuckle vine, dinggong vine, heather vine, and millettia reticulata.

Usage: Grind into fine powder, take 2 grams each time, 3 times a day, 28 days as a course of treatment.

Efficacy: After one course of treatment, the effective rate is 91%.
