Chicken stewed with ginseng and Astragalus: Put 100g chicken, 10g ginseng, 15-20g Astragalus, and 15-20g whole angelica into a stewing pot, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover the stewing pot, stew over low heat for 3 hours, season and serve. Suitable for atrial fibrillation caused by deficiency of both Qi and blood. 6. Stewed pig heart with jujube: 100g pig heart, 25g jujube, put in a bowl, add water, simmer for 2 hours, then season and serve. Suitable for atrial fibrillation caused by deficiency of both Qi and blood. 7. Stir-fried cabbage: First, wash the cabbage and cut it into pieces. Tear apart the fungus with your hands, and mix together salt, sugar, starch and other seasonings. Secondly, when the oil is almost heated, add the cabbage and fungus into the spoon and stir-fry together. After the color changes, pour in the starch sauce. 8. Vegetarian Poached Chicken: First, cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it in boiling water, then cut the magnolia slices and fungus into thin strips. Secondly, mix the above materials together and add starch, peanut oil, refined salt, broth, etc. Next, spread the prepared fillings on the bean curd skin and steam it until cooked.
