It can be consumed after being soaked for three months.

B) Snake Bile Wine

Take 1 to 2 fresh snake gallbladders, wash and cut them, and put them into 500 ml of grain liquor. This method of brewing is usually done by soaking first and drinking first. It is especially suitable for serving directly on the table in snake restaurants or hotels for guests to drink. You can also squeeze fresh bile into a wine cup and drink it directly.

3. Methods to kill snake gall parasites

1. Strong liquor

Use strong liquor to soak the snake gallbladder in the liquor for more than one month and then drink the liquor. Because there are many kinds of parasites in snake gallbladder, it is easy to be infected with parasitic diseases if you don’t soak it in strong liquor for a period of time, which will not be worth the loss.

2. Use high temperature

This method is generally used in snake bile processing. High temperature is used to turn the snake bile into dry snake bile through more than a dozen complex processes. After high temperature treatment, there is no risk of parasites in the snake bile, but it must be taken in accordance with the doctor's advice.

3. Steam and consume

This method is similar to drying. It also uses high temperature to kill the parasites and bacteria in the snake gallbladder before taking it. Put the snake gallbladder in a container and steam it in a pot.
