Can liposarcoma be cured

Can liposarcoma be cured

Although there are many types of tumors, liposarcoma is a more worrying type because it grows very fast. Even if it is surgically removed, the possibility of recurrence is still high. Therefore, patients are very worried. Can liposarcoma be cured? With the development of medicine, the probability of complete surgical resection is very high, especially for patients who are discovered earlier, the survival rate of treatment is getting longer and longer.

Liposarcoma is called "cancer among cancers". Why? Because it grows very fast, it is called "crazy growth". When it grows up, it compresses and harms adjacent organs and needs to be removed surgically. After removal, it recurs repeatedly. The more it is removed, the faster it grows, and the more it grows, the more vigorous it grows. In our clinic, we have seen patients who underwent six surgeries, but the tumor grew again before the incision was sutured. Eventually, one had to give up one's life. Conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and other so-called "advanced" medical methods are unable to control its growth and spread. Conventional herbal medicine is of no help, which is frightening.

There is no need to worry too much about liposarcoma, the overall prognosis is still good. As long as the surgical resection is complete, there is still a great hope for cure; however, if it is in the late stage, the survival period is still relatively poor, and clinically the survival time ranges from a few months to a few years. Therefore, how long a patient with malignant liposarcoma can live depends mainly on the pathological stage of the liposarcoma, treatment plan, the patient's desire to survive, immune status, and other factors, all of which are influencing factors. It can be said that every patient is different, but as long as active treatment is given, the patient is still very likely to have a good prognosis.

Symptoms of liposarcoma

Liposarcomas usually arise in deep intermuscular soft tissue and appear as a large mass with unclear margins. Liposarcomas can grow large and firm. It often occurs in the thighs and retroperitoneum, and can also be seen in the buttocks, armpits, and occasionally in soft tissues in other parts of the body. It rarely originates in the liver. The clinical manifestations are non-characteristic, mostly pain in the liver area, fever, loss of appetite, weight loss, etc. A mass can be felt in the upper abdomen, and a few patients may develop jaundice and ascites.

The capsule is light yellow in color, similar to adipose tissue, or has a myxoid appearance, or is ichthyoid. The tumor cells have various morphologies, including star-shaped, spindle-shaped, small round or polymorphic fat blasts, with fat vacuoles of varying sizes and numbers and differentiated mature fat cells in the cytoplasm.

The accumulation of tumor-causing acid amines in the human body and the resulting changes in the microenvironment are the fundamental causes of lipoma growth. At the same time, it was also found that tumor-causing acid amines are difficult to decompose and excrete through the kidneys and liver, while some Chinese herbal medicines can activate the tumor-causing acid amine retrograde biological pumps in human cells, thereby pumping tumor-causing acid amines into the extracellular fluid and excreting them through the human circulation. As a result, a fat-removing and tumor-flattening therapy that fundamentally eliminates the cause of lipomas was discovered.
