How to use an electric pressure cooker, use it safely

Electric pressure cooker, as a commonly used cooking tool, I believe everyone is familiar with it, because electric pressure cooker is easy to use and consumes less electricity, it is convenient to cook and is deeply loved by everyone. Almost every family has an electric pressure cooker. Let’s talk about how to use the electric pressure cooker.

1. Before use, first check whether the exhaust pipe hole is unobstructed, and then put the food into the pot, but the food must not exceed 4/5 of the pot capacity. Then put the lid on and turn it in the "close" direction indicated by the arrow on the lid until the two handles completely overlap. (PS: Food that easily expands in water should not exceed 3/5 of the inner pot height; food and water should not be less than 1/5 of the inner pot height.)

*The maximum rice cooking capacity for 4L, 5L and 6L is 8 cups, 10 cups and 12 cups respectively.

*1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water. Users can adjust the amount of water according to different rice qualities and personal tastes.

*The capacity of the measuring cup is 180ml

2. Put the inner pot into the outer pot: Before putting it in, wipe the inner pot and the heating plate clean. Do not put any debris in the outer pot and on the surface of the heating plate. After putting it in, gently rotate the inner pot left and right to ensure good contact between the inner pot and the heating plate.

3. When closing the lid, check whether the sealing ring has been placed on the steel ring inside the lid; rotate the sealing ring left and right by hand to make it freely and evenly placed on the steel ring; cover the lid, then rotate the lid counterclockwise to the buckled position and hear a "click" sound. When you see steam being discharged steadily from the exhaust pipe, fasten the pressure limiting valve onto the exhaust pipe. No other weight should be added to the pressure limiting valve, and it should not be replaced by anything else. The instructions have specific regulations on the steaming and cooking time for various types of food, which should be strictly followed. It cannot be extended arbitrarily to avoid accidents. (PS: Place the pressure limiting and air releasing valve properly, turn the pressure limiting and air releasing valve to the "sealing" position, and check whether the float valve falls. The float valve falls before heating.)

4. Turn on the power and the boost light will turn on. (If the holding time is not set, the boost light will light up for a while and then go out, and the hold light will light up, indicating that the device is in the holding state.) 5

5. Set the pressure holding time according to the food. (Refer to the "Cooking Guide" to set the pressure holding time) Only by understanding the correct use of the electric pressure cooker can you make delicious dishes!
