Vascular occlusive vasculitis, three methods can solve it

Many people say that vasoangiitis occlusive is an incurable disease, and that even if it is cured, it still needs to be controlled. In fact, this statement is not true, because with the current development of medical technology, vasoangiitis occlusive can be cured as long as it is discovered in time and a good treatment method is chosen.

1. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: The process of treating vasculitis is destined to not be smooth sailing. Many problems will be encountered, such as: how to treat, whether it will relapse, whether it has other effects on the body, etc., which can affect people's choices. Here I recommend everyone to use traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. Because Chinese medicines are all made from blue herbs, they have no side effects on the body and there is no need to consider their dangers.

2. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy: In the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the blood oxygen diffusion of the limbs is increased by increasing the amount of blood oxygen, improving the hypoxia of the tissues. The method is 10 times a day, 20 to 30 minutes each time. One course of treatment is 10 times; after one day, the second course of treatment is carried out. Generally, one course of treatment can be carried out. This method is more troublesome and is far less effective than the second drug treatment.

3. Complex general treatment: Smoking is strictly prohibited, and cold, moisture and trauma should be avoided. However, heat therapy should not be used to avoid increasing tissue oxygen demand and aggravating the symptoms. Patients with severe pain can use analgesics and sedatives. Addictive drugs such as pethidine should be used with caution. The affected limb should be exercised to promote the establishment of collateral circulation, such as the Buerger exercise method: first lie flat and raise the affected limb above degrees and maintain for ~ 15 minutes, then hang it on the side of the bed for 2 minutes, then place it in a horizontal position for 15 minutes and do foot rotation and flexion exercises. Repeat the exercise for 20 minutes and do it several times a day.

There are no special dietary taboos for early patients, but they should eat less irritating food and drink less alcohol. Because this disease is a vascular inflammation, any factors that promote inflammation should be minimized. During the necrosis period, they should eat highly nutritious, easily digestible, and less irritating food, such as fruits and vegetables, and less pork, fish, and shrimp, or make targeted adjustments under the guidance of a doctor.
