Is drinking purified water harmful?

Purified water is pure H2O, without any taste at all.

Purified water goes through many processes to filter out harmful substances as well as good trace elements. Therefore, it has been criticized for being "harmful if consumed", "nutrient loss if consumed", "mineral deficiency if consumed for a long time", etc.

The truth is, as long as you don't drink it every day, or drink it at one meal and then drink it at the next, the impact on you will be minimal. After all, the human body's nutritional elements are mainly obtained through diet. In addition, studies have shown that drinking some pure water with reduced deuterium, a harmful substance, in the morning and evening will help the body reduce the deuterium content and is beneficial to health.
