4. Avoid eating crude fiber and gas-producing foods after burns. Common foods include bamboo shoots, hairy bamboo shoots, leeks, celery, pineapples, etc. These foods will cause bloating and affect digestion when the gastrointestinal function of the scalded person is low.

5. Avoid frying, roasting or grilling food after being scalded. Any fried or grilled food can cause indigestion and can cause fire. Such as fried pork chops, roast chicken, roast duck, pancakes, fried dough sticks, etc.
