How to relax your eyes better

Long-term excessive use of the eyes can easily lead to excessive eye fatigue, resulting in decreased vision or other problems, so of course you should pay attention to relaxing your eyes. You can blink frequently, or drink more chrysanthemum tea. Especially for those who often have to face the computer, you must make sure to give your eyes enough rest time.

1. Blink frequently.

When playing on the computer, due to excessive concentration, eyes stay open longer than usual, and infrequent blinking can easily cause dry eyes and fatigue. Therefore, children should be encouraged to blink more often to allow the eyes to secrete more lubricating fluid to protect their eyes.

2. Keep a sufficient distance.

When looking at the computer, you should not be too close to it, otherwise it will increase radiation and cause further damage to your eyes. Generally, the appropriate distance is more than half a meter. If you can't see clearly, you should wear glasses in time.

3. Drink more chrysanthemum tea.

Look into the distance more often.

4. After playing on the computer for a while, you should give your eyes a rest and try to look at the distant scenery as much as possible to allow your eyes to fully relax. Generally, you should take a break every hour.

5. In terms of diet, "computer users" should eat more green vegetables, egg yolks, carrots, grapes, etc. rich in vitamins, take in sufficient lutein, and increase the intake of vitamins A, B1, C, and E.

6. Eye exercises can also help relax the eyes and reduce visual fatigue. If you play computer for a long time, doing eye exercises is beneficial for both adults and students, because eye exercises can promote blood circulation around the eyes, relax the eye muscles, and are very useful for relieving eye fatigue.
