1. It is not safe to drink purified water regularly

Some sensitive people are less thirsty the more they drink, and the more they want to drink, which reduces the body's immunity and even causes certain diseases." A cardiovascular disease expert and professor in my country pointed out: "Long-term drinking of soft water with few minerals is one of the causes of atherosclerosis." The Naval Medical Research Institute provided a clinical response: "Zhoushan island soldiers generally felt weak after drinking rainwater for half a year." After testing, it was found that rainwater lacks minerals and its water quality is similar to that of purified water. This is an example of harm to the body caused by a reasonable drinking method and normal drinking amount. Can this be said that purified water is a safe food? In my country, hundreds of millions of adults drink tap water, natural water or mineral water, about 2000 ml of the same amount of purified water, every day. They have been drinking it for more than ten years or even decades and have never heard of or seen a single report of harm to the body. In comparison, it is safe to drink tap water, natural water and mineral water regularly, but it is not safe to drink purified water regularly.

2. Pure water has no nutrition

The China Green Food Development Center said: "In addition to safety, high quality and nutrition are also important characteristics of green food, which are specifically reflected in the green food product standards, requiring it to have excellent sensory characteristics, quality and nutritional value." In this way, green food not only requires excellent sensory characteristics and quality, but also requires excellent nutritional value. Does purified water have excellent nutritional value? The answer is definite: No! As we all know, when purified water is processed, while removing pollutants in the water, it also removes trace elements and macro elements that are essential to the human body. Water is an important way for the human body to obtain minerals, and it is also the main source under special conditions. Professor Wang Zhansheng from the Department of Environment at Tsinghua University emphasized: "At least the current dietary structure of Chinese residents is relatively simple and cannot fully and naturally supplement various elements, so the nutritional benefits of drinking water cannot be ignored." Water nutrition expert and professor of the Healthy Drinking Water Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Promotion Association said: "It has been confirmed that there are nearly 10 trace elements in water that are necessary for the body. With the current dietary structure in my country, many trace elements are difficult to obtain from food and are mainly obtained from water. The absorption rate of calcium in water can reach more than 90%, while the absorption rate of calcium in food is only 30%."
