For those with allergic constitutions, if they are not sure whether they will have allergic symptoms after eating carambola, it is recommended to eat less for the first time. Will I be allergic to carambola?

Star fruit may cause allergies, so if it is your first time eating it and you have an allergic constitution, it is best not to eat too much at one time. You can try it first. If there is no allergic reaction, you can eat it with confidence. In fact, not only star fruit, but any food can cause allergies.

Allergies are selective. First of all, it depends on a person's physique. Some people with allergic constitutions are allergic to many things, while some people are not allergic to almost anything. You may be allergic or you may not be allergic. Everyone is different, and everyone reacts differently to the same thing at different times.

Allergy patients can seek help from beauty salons for regular skin tests to understand their skin conditions and find out the causes of skin problems.
