What should I do if my liver function is abnormal?

The presence of big three positive still poses a certain threat to liver damage in patients. Some patients with big three positive will have abnormal liver function. Such symptoms should be promptly examined and treated by a doctor. In daily life, you also need to pay attention to the following points.

1. Do not take medicine randomly

Because all the medicines taken by the human body need to be metabolized by the liver, and many medicines will cause certain damage to the liver. Once drug-induced damage to the liver occurs, it will aggravate the liver damage.

2. Regular inspection

Patients who are undergoing treatment or in the observation period should undergo regular check-ups and have their liver function checked every half a month or one month to keep abreast of changes in their condition and provide a basis for doctors' treatment.

3. Exercise moderately

Patients with Hepatitis B need more rest, but they also need to do moderate exercise, such as walking, outing, playing ball, practicing Tai Chi, etc., which can not only make the body's qi and blood flow smoothly, promote the excretion of the old and the intake of the new, and strengthen the body, but also can soothe the mood and nourish the liver, thereby achieving the purpose of liver protection and health care.

4. Drink less or no drinks such as liquor and beer

Alcohol can cause direct damage to liver tissue, because the liver's ability to metabolize alcohol is limited, and drinking will inevitably damage the liver.

5. Eat a balanced diet

Patients undergoing treatment should also maintain a balanced diet and avoid any bias in the five flavors. Try to eat less spicy food, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid overeating or eating at irregular intervals.

6. Feel good

Many patients become irritable and bad-tempered after becoming ill, which can have an adverse effect on their recovery. Because the liver likes to be relaxed and hates stagnation, anger can easily lead to stagnation of qi and blood in the liver and cause illness. Therefore, patients with Hepatitis B virus (HBV) should learn to control their anger, and try their best to remain calm, optimistic and cheerful, so that the liver fire can be extinguished and the liver qi can be generated and regulated normally.

7. Get enough rest

Patients with abnormal liver function must remember not to indulge in sexual activities and not to engage in overly intense and strenuous exercise or labor, otherwise it will increase the burden on the liver and be detrimental to the condition.
