How to treat sinus arrhythmia

How to treat sinus arrhythmia

When it comes to sinus arrhythmia, most people think it is a disease, but in fact sinus arrhythmia is not a disease. If you pay attention to conditioning and exercise in your daily life and eat less cold food, you can alleviate this symptom.

1. General sinus arrhythmia does not require treatment, because people's heart rate will increase after activities, and the sinus arrhythmia phenomenon will disappear after the heart rate increases. In addition, if people can exercise regularly, eat less cold foods, and get enough sleep, sinus arrhythmia will not occur. However, some sinus arrhythmias have obvious symptoms, and we must treat these sinus arrhythmias.

2. Respiratory sinus arrhythmia, which is the most common sinus arrhythmia, mainly occurs in children, young people and the elderly, and is relatively rare in middle-aged people. This sinus arrhythmia is caused by changes in the tension of the vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve in the body during the breathing process, which causes the autonomy of the sinoatrial node to change periodically and regularly, that is, the fast and slow change cycle of the heart rate is equal to the breathing cycle. Faced with this respiratory sinus arrhythmia, we can restore sinus rhythm by adjusting our breathing, don't get angry often, and keep our emotions stable.

3. Non-respiratory sinus arrhythmia is relatively rare. Some people believe that it is caused by taking some medications. Therefore, in order to prevent this phenomenon from happening, we must stay away from these drugs that endanger people's health and keep our emotions stable.

4. There is also sinus arrhythmia related to ventricular contraction and blood discharge. This is mainly caused by abnormal ventricular contraction and blood discharge, which leads to uneven blood supply to the sinoatrial node. We should seek help from a doctor in time to improve this situation to prevent the condition from becoming more and more serious.
