Pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is also known as pseudo-condyloma acuminatum. It is a benign papillomatosis. Many people do not know what symptoms of pseudo-condyloma acuminatum are. The symptoms of different types of condyloma acuminatum are obviously different. For example, papular condyloma acuminatum is more common in clinical practice. 1. Symptoms of papular condyloma acuminatum Papular condyloma acuminatum. Papular condyloma acuminatum is more common in clinical practice. The lesions of papular condyloma acuminatum begin as needle-tip-sized papules, which gradually grow into granules, mung beans, soybeans, or broad beans in size. This type of papule is raised on the surface of the skin and mucous membrane, with a flat or semicircular top. Lesions often occur in multiples or start individually and gradually increase in number. The papules may merge into patches, some may form cords, bands, or wheat-ear shapes. The surface of the lesion appears smooth at a glance, but it is rough and uneven when viewed closely or through a magnifying glass. Some lesions may bleed slightly when rubbed with a cotton swab. The lesions are mostly light red in color, a few are dark red or light brown or pigmented, and some are grayish white in an impregnated state. Papular condyloma acuminatum often occurs in drier skin and mucous membranes, such as the foreskin of men, the perineum of women, and the skin around the anus. 2. Symptoms of keratinizing condyloma acuminatum Keratotic condyloma acuminatum. This type is relatively rare in clinical practice. Keratotic condyloma acuminatum often occurs on dry skin, such as the male genitals, root or scrotum, and around the anus. The lesion begins as a small papule with a flat top, which gradually expands into a plaque or protrusion ranging in size from a soybean to a finger. The top of the growth is flat or hemispherical, the surface is rough, there are keratinized micro-protrusions, and the texture is firm. Most of the characteristics of this type of lesion are similar to common warts, and a few lesions are similar to seborrheic keratosis. Most keratinizing condyloma acuminatum are solitary, while a few are multiple and have no obvious tendency to fuse. 3. Symptoms and characteristics Pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is a disease whose cause is still unknown. Its clinical features and tissue pathology are easily confused with condyloma acuminatum. Therefore, it is easy to misdiagnose clinically. ① Color: The appearance of pseudo-condyloma acuminatum was light red (mucosal color) in 67 cases and light brown in 13 cases. ②Size: The diameter of pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is 1 to 2 mm. ③ Movement pattern: There were 66 cases of pseudo-condyloma acuminatum in the form of caviar, 7 in the form of villous, 2 in the form of polypoid, 3 in the form of papule, 1 in the form of lichenoid, and 1 in the form of filiform. ④ Location: pseudo-condyloma acuminatum was located on the inner side of the labia minora in 46 cases, vaginal vestibule in 32 cases, and unilateral labia minora in 2 cases. |
