1. The back part of the buttocks needs to be raised a little, and you can use a cotton pad or a thin pillow. In this way, the waist can be naturally straightened, avoiding the problem of gradually bending the back due to lumbar muscle fatigue during meditation.

2. The waist should be naturally straightened. If the waist is not straight, the Ren and Du meridians will not flow smoothly, which can easily lead to drowsiness.

3. Keep your head straight, neck upright, and jaw slightly retracted. Tongue against the roof of the mouth. Due to daily living habits, most people's heads tend to tilt to one side, either left or right. When meditating, they often think that their heads are straight. In fact, there is still a skew. After sitting down, you can put a mirror in front of you to see if your head is upright. You can find the correct feeling of having your head and neck straight. This will automatically correct imbalances and qi channels in the body.
