Nowadays, with the gradual increase of my country's GDP, many families own their own cars. The exhaust gas emitted by many communities will cause our air pollution to gradually worsen. Especially in recent years, many cities in northern my country have experienced serious smog, which has had a great negative impact on our physical and mental health. 1. Accelerate the adjustment of energy structure

First, we must make great efforts to ensure efficient and clean utilization of coal. Coal accounts for nearly 70% of my country's primary energy consumption, and this is unlikely to change significantly in the short term. Therefore, efficient and clean utilization of coal is of top priority.

The second is to implement total control of coal consumption. 2. The key is to solve the problem of coal combustion pollution

First, it is mandatory for all coal-fired power plants, coal-fired boilers, and coal chemical plants to install desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal facilities. Based on the fact that most of the existing independent thermal power plants have already installed desulfurization facilities, all independent thermal power plants, self-built thermal power plants, coal-fired boilers and coal chemical plants will be further required to install desulfurization facilities as soon as possible. At the same time, all large coal-fired power plants, coal-fired boilers and coal chemical plants will be required to install denitrification and dust removal facilities.

The second is to speed up the introduction of new pollutant emission standards for coal-fired facilities such as thermal power generation, coking, building materials, and coal-fired boilers, add pollutant emission indicators, and further tighten pollutant emission limits. At the same time, we will vigorously strengthen the inspection of pollutant emissions to ensure they meet standards through online monitoring.

The third is to strengthen the operation inspection of environmental protection facilities such as desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal to ensure the normal operation of relevant environmental protection facilities and play their due role.

3. Strengthen emission management in steel, oil refining, etc.

Strengthen supervision and inspection on compliance of major pollutant emissions in industries such as steel and oil refining. It is mandatory to accelerate the construction of environmental protection facilities such as desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal for major pollutant emission sources such as sintering machines in the steel industry, coal-fired/coke-fired boilers in the oil refining industry and catalytic cracking.
