Is it better to use tampons or sanitary napkins

In fact, tampons are nothing new. This kind of female menstrual hygiene product has been used in the West in the Middle Ages. It’s just that the absorption performance, safety and reliability of tampons at that time were not guaranteed. With the continuous development of technology, tampons are now completely comfortable, safe and reliable. There is no need to worry about infection caused by using tampons. Moreover, using tampons allows women to move freely during menstruation as usual.

Most girls are used to using sanitary napkins during their menstrual period, but the climate in coastal areas is more humid, so during the week of menstruation, the butt is always wet and stuffy, which is sometimes really uncomfortable! Especially the extra-large cotton pads used when sleeping at night always wrap us like a baby's diaper. After long-term use, they often rub against the delicate skin of the private parts and buttocks, and in severe cases, they will cause redness and rashes.

In fact, not only in coastal areas, many foreign little girls are advised to use sanitary napkins when they first get their period, because of the non-invasive nature of sanitary napkins, which are easier to overcome the psychological defenses of first-time users. However, after experiencing menstruation a few times, many foreign women will choose to change their ways and use tampons, which are less burdensome. The result is usually that they become addicted customers after using tampons. After using tampons, they can only say to sanitary napkins with an apologetic tone: Sorry, I can't go back!

Tampons are actually easier to insert than you think. Inexperienced users may need to try a few more times, but once you successfully find the entrance to the vagina and the correct insertion angle, the tampon can actually slide in easily and is not as painful as you might think. In addition, each brand of tampon comes with an instruction manual (some even have pictures or teaching models!) to teach you how to find the correct angle and insertion depth. If it is your first time using it, it is recommended that you try it in front of a mirror to help reduce your nervousness.

Here are some precautions when using tampons. They need to be changed at least twice a day. The maximum usage time of a tampon should not exceed 8 hours. Generally, it should be changed every 6 to 8 hours. It is also important to note that some people may have very heavy menstrual flow, in which case they may need to change their tampon every 4 hours or so.
