What is the solution to motion sickness?

I believe that everyone should have taken a car frequently now. As a very common means of transportation, cars have gradually entered thousands of households and become an indispensable thing in everyone's life. However, there are still many people who suffer from motion sickness, especially some people who are congenitally prone to motion sickness. When they have motion sickness, they feel very uncomfortable and want to vomit all the time. So what is the solution to motion sickness!

All types of motion sickness have the same cause: conflicting signals from the eyes and other sensory organs to the brain. For example, in the case of motion sickness, you are sitting in a car and your eyes tell your brain that your "body is not moving", but the vestibular system in your inner ear, which is responsible for sensing balance, tells your brain that you "are moving". The conflict between what you see and what you perceive triggers your brain to produce a neurotransmitter that your body mistakes as a sign of hallucinogenic poisoning, and it tries to escape from the disorder that causes your brain to mess with it.

Looking out the front window. Looking out the window allows the brain to confirm that the body is actually moving by signaling the balance system, helping to resolve the disharmony that causes motion sickness. Stare at a distant, stationary object, such as the horizon. Avoid activities that require your eyes to remain fixed in one place, such as reading or playing cards. Don't keep turning around or looking left and right.

Sit in the front row. Consider driving yourself (if you can). Drivers rarely get carsick because they always keep their eyes on the road. Sitting in the passenger seat is the next best option. You have a better view, and the front seats in some cars are less bumpy. If you can't or don't want to drive, imagine or pretend you are driving in your mind. This can often prevent or reduce nausea.

If you often suffer from motion sickness, it is recommended that you take some motion sickness medicine before getting on the car. Motion sickness medicine can mainly allow you to sleep in the car, and can effectively relieve nausea and vomiting. If you still feel uncomfortable in the car, it is recommended that you eat some sweet and sour things, especially eating some oranges or plums can also relieve the symptoms.
