How can I prevent my breasts from sagging

Big breasts and a nice butt have always been the standard of a good figure for women. If you are just pretty but have a bad figure, you cannot be considered a real beauty and you cannot let boys regard you as a goddess. Breasts are the fastest aging organ in the human body. They can easily sag due to improper care, especially for mothers who have just given birth and are breastfeeding. The skin of the breasts can easily become loose. So, how can you correct sagging breasts?

Breast ptosis correction is to lift the sagging nipples and breast tissue to their normal position through surgery, reshape the breasts into a firmer shape, and is the only effective way to correct various degrees of breast ptosis. Breast ptosis correction surgery needs to be performed in a regular medical institution. The degree of sagging can be divided into mild, moderate, and severe. Treatment can be either non-surgical or surgical, depending on the degree of breast sagging and whether it affects psychology, life and work.

Breast sagging can be caused by a variety of factors, and its basic pathological manifestations include aging of breast skin, sagging of breast tissue, and relaxation of supporting ligaments. Pregnancy, menopause, sudden weight loss, and breast implant removal can all cause breast tissue, skin, and supporting ligaments to loosen and sag.

1. Non-surgical treatment

Wearing a suitable bra can only support sagging breasts and is suitable for women with mild sagging breasts that have no obvious impact on their life and work.

2. Surgery

Surgery to lift sagging nipples and breast tissue to their normal position, remove loose skin, and reshape breasts to create a firmer shape is the only effective way to correct any degree of sagging breasts.

(1) Surgical methods for correcting ptosis of the breast can be divided into double-ring breast lift, vertical incision breast lift and inverted T-incision breast lift according to the location of the incision. The degree of breast sagging and breast enlargement is different, and the method of choice is also different.

1) Double-ring breast lift: Two circular incisions around the areola are used to remove loose skin, leaving incision scars at the areola-pigment junction. This method is suitable for mild breast sagging. It is not suitable for women with moderate to severe breast sagging or breast enlargement who need breast reduction surgery.

2) Vertical incision breast lift: Based on the double ring method, a vertical incision is added to the lower pole of the breast to remove loose skin. It can also reduce the diameter of the breast base and the volume of the breast, and increase the convexity of the breast. This method is suitable for various degrees of breast sagging.

3) Inverted T-incision breast lift: Based on the vertical incision method, a horizontal incision is added to the inframammary fold to remove loose skin, which can simultaneously reduce the breast base diameter and breast volume. Because the transverse incision scar in the inframammary fold is more obvious, this method is currently limited to very severe breast ptosis and breast hypertrophy.

Some women with sagging breasts have severe breast tissue atrophy and need breast ptosis correction surgery combined with autologous fat injection breast augmentation or prosthetic breast augmentation to achieve satisfactory results.

If the breast sagging is not particularly serious, you can correct it by wearing a corrective bra. If the sagging is more serious, or if you have very strict requirements on your body shape, you can have surgery. First of all, you must have a correct psychological understanding of breast ptosis correction surgery. Do not do too much upper limb activities after the operation to prevent tearing of the wound.
