When your feet are particularly cold, you can fill a basin of hot water and soak your feet in it, but be careful not to overheat the water to avoid scalding your feet. Try to keep the temperature just right. Move around more. When the weather is cold, if you stay still, you will feel colder. If you move around and exercise more, you will feel warmer.

ointment. You can buy frostbite cream or snake oil ointment at the pharmacy, and then apply it to the frostbite two to three times a day. You can also apply it to areas without frostbite to prevent frostbite on the feet.

1. Temperature difference water soaking method: Take a basin of 15-degree water and a basin of 45-degree water, soak your hands and feet in the low-temperature water for 5 minutes, and then soak them in the high-temperature water, three times a day. This can exercise the contraction and expansion function of blood vessels and reduce the occurrence of frostbite.

2. Cut ginger into slices and rub it on the areas often affected by frostbite, 1-2 times a day for 1 week.

3. In summer, take sesame leaves and rub them on the skin with frostbite repeatedly for 20 minutes, leave the leaf juice on the skin for about 1 hour, and then wash it with water to achieve a cure.

4. Boil the fresh eggs, take the egg yolks and put them on an iron spoon to squeeze out the oil, remove the residue and cool them for later use. For frostbite ulcers, first clean them with hydrogen peroxide, then apply egg yolk butter, and bandage them with gauze. They will heal in three to five days. Egg butter is also suitable for treating eczema, chronic skin ulcers, burns, etc.

5. When eating cucumbers in summer and autumn, use the cucumber stems to repeatedly rub the areas where frostbite often occurs. As long as you persist in doing this regularly, it is guaranteed that there will be no recurrence.

6. Take 5-7 dried red peppers, add water and boil them into pepper soup. When the water is not hot, soak and wash the areas prone to frostbite. Do this once a day for five consecutive days.

7. Choose a single large purple garlic (ordinary garlic is also fine), peel it and mash it into a paste. Expose it under the sun until it is warm. Apply it to the frostbitten areas 4-5 times a day for 4-5 days in a row, and you will no longer get frostbite. (It is normal if the local skin appears light red or itchy.)

People who have relapses every year can develop the habit of washing their face and feet with cold water in the summer. Once they get used to it, they will be able to tolerate the stimulation of cold water in the winter and improve their ability to withstand cold. If you are afraid of the cold in winter, you can eat some high-calorie foods, such as lamb, pepper, and ginger. Infrared therapy can be done in the summer to prevent frostbite.
