9. When undergoing X-ray examination, it is advisable to wear cotton underwear and avoid clothes or bras with metal buttons. Please remove necklaces, mobile phones, pens, keys and other metal objects. Pregnant or potentially pregnant female examinees should inform the health checkup service personnel in advance and be cautious when undergoing X-ray examinations.

10. Ensure adequate sleep. Lack of sleep can lead to decreased immunity, thus affecting physical examination results.
