What causes yawning during exercise

Changing a posture will make people feel much more comfortable. Sitting in front of the computer for a long time will make the neck, waist, hips, and sometimes feet feel tired. It is best to get up and walk around after sitting for a while. Push-ups are not recommended because the intensity is too high and the already tired body will find it difficult to bear it. Getting up and walking around and moving the joints only requires a small amount of exercise, and the body will feel much better.

Don’t worry too much if you yawn after exercise. Remember to replenish water in time after exercise and take a rest in time, otherwise our body will feel tired and yawn. Secondly, pay attention to adding more high-protein foods in your diet. For example, fish or meat, drink more milk.
