Why do I always have back pain?

Most people have back pain when they wake up in the morning. Many people have it due to occupational diseases. For example, cooks, barbers, etc., will have different degrees of lumbar muscle strain due to the influence of work. Many pregnant women will also have such symptoms. There are also some physical diseases that affect them. Only by finding the relevant reasons can we deal with it correctly. Let’s take a detailed look at why we always have back pain?

1. Lumbar muscle strain: People who engage in standing operations for a long time, such as textile, printing and dyeing, chefs, hotel employees, barbers, salesmen, etc., due to continuous standing, the stretching ability of the lumbar tendons and ligaments is weakened, and excessive lactic acid can accumulate locally, inhibiting the normal metabolism of the lumbar muscles, and can also lead to low back pain caused by lumbar muscle strain. Frequently carrying heavy objects puts too much pressure on the waist, which can easily lead to scoliosis, lumbar muscle strain and low back pain.

2. Urinary tract infection: Because the female urethra is short and straight, and the external opening of the urethra is close to the anus, Escherichia coli often parasitizes. In addition, due to the physiological characteristics of women, the urethral opening has a greater chance of contamination. If hygiene is neglected, urinary tract infection is likely to occur. Low back pain is mostly caused by acute or chronic pyelonephritis, which manifests as distension and pain in the lower back and radiates along the ureter to the perineum in severe cases. In addition to urinary tract infections, urinary tract stones, tuberculosis and other diseases can also cause low back pain.

3. Reproductive organ diseases: Women’s reproductive organs go through menstruation about 400 times in their lifetime, and also bear the burden of pregnancy, childbirth, etc. Some women also experience abortions, sterilization surgeries, etc. Therefore, the incidence of reproductive organ inflammation is high, such as salpingitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. These inflammations are prone to complications such as low back pain. Retroversion and retroflexion of the uterus are also one of the causes of low back pain in women. Serious reproductive organ diseases such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and ovarian cysts can cause compressive involvement of low back pain.

4. Women who suffer from rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis are often attacked by wind, dampness and cold during menstruation, delivery and postpartum period, which causes bone spurs in the spine and induces low back pain. If the waist has been sprained, it may develop into a herniated disc, causing severe back pain and even affecting the flexion, extension and rotation of the spine.

Low back pain refers to pain on one side or both sides of the waist, including the spine. It occurs in both men and women, but is more common in women. According to statistics, patients suffering mainly from low back pain account for about 10% of the total number of visits to gynecological clinics.

The above is what I want to introduce to you here today about why you always have lower back pain. I hope that patients and friends have understood it in detail. You should pay more attention to the maintenance of your waist, avoid standing for a long time, and do appropriate activities to avoid overwork and cause lower back discomfort. If the condition is serious, you need to go to the hospital for examination and treatment. I hope the above content will be helpful to you.
