The two drugs can be used alternately or in combination, or they can be used in combination with H2 receptor antagonists to enhance the therapeutic effect.

② Non-specific desensitization treatment: 10% calcium gluconate 10ml or 10% sodium thiosulfate 10ml can be injected intravenously once a day; or 0.25% procaine 20ml plus vitamin C 1-2g can be injected intravenously once a day.

③Antibiotics: For patients with bacterial infection, fever, and swollen lymph nodes, you can choose oral erythromycin, ciprofloxacin, or intramuscular penicillin.

Topical treatments:

The treatment principles are anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, drying and astringent, and zinc oxide oil, mud or emulsion are appropriate. Depending on the severity of exudation and erosion, the presence or absence of skin infiltration and hypertrophy, and the degree of itching, appropriate astringents, keratinizers and antipruritic agents can be added, such as 3% black bean distillate oil, 5% lithospermum officinale, 10% raw burdock zinc oxide oil, 2% linalool (borneol), 5% black bean distillate oil paste. It can also be used with Qushisan Powder or Xinsanmiao Powder oil for external use.
