To brew various scented teas, black teas, and medium and low-grade green teas, you need to use 100-degree boiling water. If the water temperature is low, the permeability will be poor, less effective ingredients in the tea will be extracted, and the tea flavor will be weak. When brewing oolong tea, Pu'er tea and Tuo tea, a larger amount of tea is used each time, and because the tea leaves are coarse and old, they must be brewed with boiling water at 100 degrees. Sometimes, in order to maintain and increase the water temperature, it is necessary to heat the tea set with boiling water before brewing, and pour boiling water on the outside of the pot after brewing. Tea brewing order 1. Scald the pot: Scald the pot with boiling water before making tea, which can remove the odor in the pot; Furthermore, a hot kettle helps to volatilize the tea aroma. 2 Warm the cup: Pour hot water from a kettle into the teacup and then warm the cup. 3 Place the tea in the pot: Generally, the mouth of a teapot used for brewing tea is small. You need to put the tea leaves into the teapot first, appreciate the appearance of the tea leaves, and then use a teaspoon to transfer the tea leaves in the teapot into the pot. The amount of tea should be one-third of the pot. 4 High brewing: To brew tea, you need to lift the kettle high and pour water from a high point to make the tea leaves roll and spread out in the kettle to fully brew the tea flavor. This is commonly known as "high brewing". 5 Scrape off the foam: Scrape off the foam on the surface of the tea leaves, then cover the pot and let it sit for a while. 6 Low pour: Pour the brewed tea into the cup. The distance between the spout of the teapot and the teacup should be as low as possible to prevent the aroma of the tea from being ineffectively released. This is commonly known as "low brewing".
