Appropriate supplementation of acidic foods is beneficial to the absorption of iron supplements. Avoid spicy, raw, cold and indigestible foods. You can usually cooperate with nourishing diet therapy to nourish your body and combine work and rest with appropriate physical activities.

Foods containing high-quality protein include eggs, milk, fish, lean meat, shrimp and beans. Foods rich in vitamin C include fresh fruits and green vegetables, such as sour jujube, apricot, orange, hawthorn, tomato, bitter gourd, green bell pepper, lettuce, green bamboo shoots, etc. Vitamin C participates in hematopoiesis and promotes iron absorption and utilization. Foods rich in iron include chicken liver, pork liver, beef and sheep kidneys, lean meat, egg yolks, kelp, black sesame, sesame paste, black fungus, soybeans, mushrooms, brown sugar, rapeseed, celery, etc. Iron is the main component of blood, and iron deficiency anemia is more common.

Several common blood-enriching foods: black beans, hair algae, carrots, gluten, spinach, day lily, longan meat, dried radish, etc.

Everyone should have a general understanding of anemia, and should pay attention to dietary adjustments and try to diversify food. People with anemia should have regular emotions and daily life, engage in appropriate activities and avoid overwork. Avoid public places and crowded places. We must have a correct understanding of the disease, maintain an optimistic mood, not be anxious or annoyed when encountering things, watch some entertaining TV programs and books, listen to entertaining radio, and listen to relaxing music appropriately.
