Tips for getting rid of acne

Acne removal has become one of the most annoying problems for people nowadays. Many young and middle-aged people will have more or less acne. These pimples will seriously affect the appearance of their faces, resulting in no aesthetics. This will make people feel very painful. At this time, acne removal is necessary, and usually treatment is required according to the severity of the acne.

Acne is a localized disease that usually clears up on its own with age. Acne is a multifactorial disease, so it cannot be treated simply by one method. The following principles should be followed:

1. Clarify the cause and severity of acne;

2. Choose safe acne removal methods and products;

3. Pay attention to daily hygiene habits and work and rest habits. Diet and sleep will affect the effect of acne removal.

Some products sold on TV shopping or the Internet over-exaggerate their therapeutic effects, which can easily mislead consumers;

There is no single medicine that can guarantee to cure any disease because there are individual differences.

Treatment principles

Acne is caused by many factors.

Chronic inflammatory skin diseases. The root cause is endocrine disorders and excessive secretion of male hormones. The cause of acne is also related to infection with some pathogens. It has been confirmed that the occurrence of acne is related to infection with Propionibacterium acnes. This type of Propionibacterium acnes parasitizes in the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles during adolescence. Through the action of lipase, it can hydrolyze triglycerides to produce more free fatty acids. These free fatty acids can cause nonspecific inflammatory reactions in the hair follicles and around the hair follicles. When the inflammation is severe, pustules and cysts may appear.

Some people think that acne is a physiological phenomenon of human beings and does not require treatment. This view is wrong. If the acne rash is small and the inflammation is mild, no treatment is required and it can be allowed to subside naturally. If there are more rashes and severe inflammation, active treatment should be given. Especially for those suffering from pustular, nodular, abscess, and cystic acne, if they are not treated in time, they will be left with depressed or hypertrophic scars, which will affect the appearance of the skin. Therefore, acne not only needs treatment, but also should be treated actively and reasonably. However, acne can be mild or severe, and the causes are complex. It is not recommended that patients take medication on their own. Improper use of medication may make the condition worse. Patients should go to the hospital for treatment based on their specific situation.

Laser therapy

Laser treatment for acne is through irradiation of high-intensity dye laser of specific wavelength, which can quickly destroy Propionibacterium acnes, effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction, eliminate its irritation and destructive effects on tissues, and simultaneously cause the dilated capillaries to shrink rapidly, and the inflammation of congestion and redness and swelling to subside quickly, thus blocking the further destructive effects of acne on tissues, and at the same time promoting early recovery of acne wounds, avoiding the irreversible pits and acne scars in the future. Some previous broad spectrum radiation sources were unable to provide radiation that would completely destroy P. acnes without also containing dangerous UV (ultraviolet) light.
