Paper towel test

Before going to bed at night, wash your skin with a neutral cleanser and go to bed without applying any makeup. When you get up the next morning, wipe your forehead and nose with a tissue.

Oily: There are four areas of the body where oil is produced: the nose, forehead, chin, cheeks, and neck. Large oil stains on paper towels

Combination: Two or three of the nose, forehead, chin, cheeks and neck are oily, while the other parts are dry or tight.

Dryness: Nose, forehead, chin, cheeks and neck all feel dry, tight and dull. There are only a few spots of oil or no oil on the paper towel
